- Go to Forgot password, or tap "Forgot password" on the app's sign-in screen.
- Enter the email address of your Passionflix account.
- Open the email from Passionflix and click the link. It works for 2 hours.
- Choose a new password and save it.
- Sign in with your email and the new password.
The reset email didn't arrive
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Check the email address. We only send the email if an account exists for that address. If you might have signed up with another email, try that one.
- Wait a few minutes, then request one more time. Use only the newest email.
- Subscribed through Prime Video or the Roku Channel? Those accounts are managed by Amazon or Roku. Reset the password there.
