The Passionflix channel on Amazon Prime Video is a separate service run by Amazon. We supply the movies; Amazon handles the account, billing and support.
What that means for you
- Your Amazon login doesn't work on passionflix.com or in the Passionflix apps, and your Passionflix login doesn't work in Prime Video.
- A Prime Video channel subscription doesn't include passionflix.com or our apps. A Passionflix.com subscription doesn't include the Prime Video channel.
- Amazon bills you, and only Amazon can cancel or refund it. Passionflix support can't see these accounts.
- New titles can reach Prime Video a little later than passionflix.com.
Check if you have the Prime Video channel
Sign in to Amazon and open Your Memberships & Subscriptions. Look for Passionflix under Prime Video Channels. That page also lets you cancel.
The Passionflix app on Fire TV is different: it's our own app and uses your Passionflix account.
