There can be several reasons why a code doesn't work when you try to apply it during the purchase flow.
- First of all you need to be logged into your account to redeem a code.
- Make sure that the code is still valid. All promotions and campaigns are time limited and can only be redeemed in a certain period.
- Founding member and gift card codes are unique and can only be used in one account. If the code doesn't work you might have redeemed it already in another account.
