Two charges almost always mean two subscriptions: on two accounts, or one on the web and one in an app store.
Check who charged you each time
Look at the company name on each charge:
- Both say Passionflix: you probably have two web accounts, for example with two email addresses. Email us and we'll find them.
- One says Passionflix, the other Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku: you subscribed on the web and in an app. Cancel the one you don't want, using How do I cancel my subscription?
- Both are from the same store: check that store's subscription list for two Passionflix entries, or contact the store.
What happens next
- We'll cancel the extra web subscription so it doesn't renew. The period that's already running isn't refunded.
- If both charges are on the same day from Passionflix and you only have one account, it may be a payment error. Email us and we'll check.
Still stuck?
Email support@passionflix.com with the date and amount of each charge, the company name on each, and the email addresses you might have used. The last 4 digits of the card help too.
