If the payment from your credit card is rejected here are some things you can check:
During the registration process
- double-check that you have inserted the correct credit card data
- make sure that you have sufficient funds on your card
- check that the card is open for online purchases
If the registration of your credit card is still rejected please ask the issuer bank if this type of transaction is allowed for your credit card.
Recurring payment for an active subscription
If a recurring payment fails you will receive a payment reminder to your registered contact email so that you can do the following:
- make sure that you have sufficient funds on your card
- check that your card is still valid
