If you would like to remove/delete your account completely from our service
- Make sure to cancel your subscription
- send an email to support@passionflix.com and we will take care of it.
Accounts created from Apple and Android mobile Passionflix App
- Make sure to cancel your subscription from your Google or Apple account App
- Login to your Passionflix App on your device
- from the menu click on YOU
- Click on Select My Current Offer
- Click on Delete account
⚠️ Important — read this before you delete
"Before deleting your account, ensure that you've ended your subscription to avoid ongoing charges."
Deleting your Passionflix account does NOT cancel your In App purchase subscription.
